Unofficial Documents Guidelines

We expect you to submit official documents whenever possible.  However, in extenuating or exceptional circumstances, we will consider unofficial documents.

Unofficial transcripts must include your name; the name of the school/university/college you attended; a complete listing of courses attempted, their credit value, and the grades awarded; a copy of the institution鈥檚 grading scale; and the graduation credential and date issued (if awarded).
