Back by popular demand! Facilitated by Melanie Gray, Indigenous Art Therapist and 2016 Queen's Art History and Indigenous Studies graduate, this session will help participants connect to themselves and assess where they "are at" emotionally and physically through learning watercolor skills and being guided through a meditative exercise to create an art piece reflective of breath and emotions.

Participants in this session will create and decorate clay 鈥減inch pots,鈥 using a grounding technique connected to both breath and body. Facilitator Melanie Gray, Indigenous Art Therapist and 2016 Queen's Art History and Indigenous Studies graduate, will also provide insights into the history of Haudenosaunee pottery techniques.
