Advising Services During the Registration Period
From July 21 to September 15, during the Registration and Add/Drop periods, regular advising services will be temporarily closed. You will not be able to pre-book an appointment with an academic advisor during this time, but you can still connect with us for faster help and support.

Students with non-urgent issues and questions not related to registration are encouraged to contact us after the registration period is over. Regular services resume again on September 16.
First-year students: PASS advising support will be available via Zoom drop-in advising and by email at passhelp@queensu.ca. Both services are run by Peer Advisors between 9:00-11:00 am and 1:00-4:00 pm EST (Monday to Friday).
