Open to Queen’s employees who are postpartum, supporting someone postpartum, or interested in female experiences and postpartum health.

Speed Friending @ Queen's is an in-person social wellness experience designed to help employees connect in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Inspired by the concept of speed networking, but with a friendlier, more human twist, participants will engage in a series of 5-minute rotating conversations with fellow colleagues. Light, inclusive conversation prompts will be provided to help break the ice without putting anyone on the spot. The format removes the awkwardness of traditional networking and creates an energetic, engaging space where connections can form naturally.
