Decoding the Cosmos: Canada鈥檚 Next Chapter in Astroparticle Physics

On Friday, Oct. 17, Queen鈥檚 University and the Arthur B. McDonald Canadian Astroparticle Physics Research Institute will host an event recognizing the 10th anniversary of Dr. Arthur B. McDonald being awarded the 2015 Nobel Prize in Physics. The event will underscore the importance of federal investment in research, which enabled the astroparticle physics community to flourish in Canada, creating opportunities for students and early career researchers.

This milestone offers an opportunity to reflect on a decade of discovery, and to look ahead. The event will underscore the importance of federal investment in research, while also spotlighting the human impact as students and early-career researchers shape their futures.
