3 x 4 Coaching - Continuing the Conversation

Tuesday November 29, 2022
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Location

MacCorry B176 Lecture Theatre

For those of you who have taken the initial 3 x 4 Coaching sessions with Peggy this will be an add-on to continue the conversation. For those of you who have not had the opportunity, this will be a great introduction to this important work.

This session will actively engage in using tools and practicing skills within the 3 x 4 Coaching Journey. Our time will start with a fun competitive team activity that emulates the pressure of high stakes situations at work, allowing participants to gain self-awareness of their default behaviours under pressure and to recognize the discipline that coaching requires. We will also explore how to use these coaching skills with peers to establish a coaching community of practice. The session will finish with an exploration of where to focus your coaching and how to stay on track.

A calendar booking has been sent to all FLAG members. If you are interested in this event and are not currently a FLAG member, please do join! You can also email Shannon Hill to register interest.
