What does the ticket-booking experience look like for my customers?
The Isabel Box Office prides itself on offering consistent, accessible and exemplary customer service. All staff are trained in delivering high quality customer service, with an eye for accessibility, equity and artistic excellence. Our Box Office staff are available to answer questions and assist patrons so you don’t have to be.
We are here to serve your patrons via phone, email and in-person at the Isabel Box Office.
Your patrons have the option for printed tickets delivered via mail, E-tickets delivered via email or Apple/Google Wallet or picking up their tickets at the Box Office either ahead of time or on the day of the event.
The Isabel Box Office accepts payment via cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, or Isabel Gift Certificate. Your patrons are welcome to use their Isabel Gift Certificates to purchase tickets for any events.
All paid tickets will incur a $3.54 + HST ticket fee, paid by the customer at time of purchase. Ticket fee is subject to change.
What ticket policies will apply to my event? Does the Isabel allow refunds?
All events ticketed through Isabel Ticketing Services will be subject to the Isabel Ticket Policy. Reasonable exceptions or accommodations for your event will be considered with advance notice.
What support does Isabel Ticketing Services provide on the day of my event?
Isabel Ticketing Services operates a full service box office. Our professional staff are there to support your event from pre-planning and onsale to post-event wrap-up reporting.
On the day of the event, our box office attendants will be on site to answer questions, print tickets, make sales and provide exceptional customer service. For events taking place offsite from the Isabel, our box office attendants will travel to your venue and set up a pre-show box office. Our ticketing software is fully cloud-based so we have full access to all customer orders no matter where an event takes place.
What type of reports/information about my patrons will I have access to?
We offer a standard suite of reports for all clients. Fully customized reports are available upon request. Reports are sent automatically by email but a dedicated portal can be set-up for your team to download reports on demand.
As part of the Isabel Ticket Policy, we collect contact information and data on your customers. This information is shared with you securely and it is your responsibility to handle personal customer information in accordance with your own privacy policies.
I'd like to host a free event at the Isabel. Will I be required to use Isabel Ticketing Services?
If you are issuing tickets to your event, even $0.00 tickets, you will be required to use Isabel Ticketing Services. Attendees will not be charged a fee for registering, the only applicable costs will be a staffing component at your event.
If your event is private or open to the public with no registration, you will not be required to use Isabel Ticketing Services.
