Anxiety is one of the most common mental health challenges, yet it is often misunderstood, minimized, or left unaddressed. In today's fast-paced and demanding environments, many of us experience anxious thoughts without always having the tools to manage them effectively.

This session offers a clear and compassionate approach to understanding anxiety; how it shows up, what triggers it, and how it impacts our mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Through guided discussion and practical strategies, participants will learn how to better recognize their own patterns and develop tools to respond with intention rather than overwhelm.

With a focus on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and realistic self-care practices, this session will introduce accessible techniques to help calm the anxious mind, reduce stress, and regain a sense of control. Participants will also explore the concept of the 鈥渃ircle of control,鈥 helping to shift focus toward what can be influenced, while letting go of what cannot.
