Students Living in Residence
- Visit a residence front desk to receive instructions to replace your card. At this time, you will receive a temporary (paper) meal card with an expiry date of 2 business days.
- You will be required to then report your lost student card to the Hospitality Services office by email at dining@queensu.ca or in person by visiting the main office, located on the ground level of Victoria Hall, Room E022 and are open Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
- *Reminder, your Flex $ balance is not protected if your missing card is not reported. Lost funds are the cardholder's responsibility, and refunds will not be provided.
- Upon receiving notification that your replacement student card is ready from the Registrar鈥檚 Office, you are responsible for making arrangements to pick up your new card to ensure meal plan access is uninterrupted. *Temporary paper meal cards expire 2 business days after the date of issuing.

Staff, Faculty & Off-Campus Students
- Report your missing student, staff or faculty鈥痗ard to the Registrar's Office.
- *Reminder, your Flex $ balance is not protected if your missing card is not reported for deactivation. Lost funds are the card holder's responsibility and refunds will not be provided.
- Obtain a temporary meal swipe card from the Queen鈥檚 Hospitality Services office for uninterrupted access to your meal plan. They are located on the ground level of Victoria Hall, Room E022 and are open Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM. At this time, you will receive a temporary meal swipe card with an expiry date of 2 business days.
- Upon receiving notification that your replacement card is ready from the Registrar鈥檚 Office, you are responsible to make arrangements to pick up your new card to ensure meal plan access remains uninterrupted. Return your temporary meal swipe card to the Hospitality Services main office, located on the ground level of Victoria Hall, Room E022, where it will be deactivated.
