Residence Space Booking Form 

 

Central Room Reservations is responsible for providing access to a portion of classrooms and theatres that are not being used for teaching or other academic purposes. Please refer to the Ad Hoc University Space Booking request process.

Please note that academic courses and related activities take priority on campus. If a confirmed booking can no longer be accommodated due to changes to academic programming or additional academic programming, every effort will be made to find a suitable alternate location, but cannot be guaranteed.
