This in-person forum will bring together educators, staff, researchers, and leaders to share emerging practices, lessons learned, and forward-looking perspectives on how AI is shaping education at Queen鈥檚 and beyond. It will include a state of AI at Queen's presentation, wicked problem workshops, and then an ideas fair with light refreshments.

Workshops and Wicked Problems
Workshop submissions are expected to be the most competitive category. We strongly encourage workshop proposals that focus on AI 鈥淲icked Problems.鈥 These are complex, open-ended educational, societal, or organizational challenges where traditional linear solutions have proven insufficient.
Wicked Problems workshops should be highly interactive and emphasize:
- Collaboration and dialogue
- Multi-disciplinary perspectives
- Exploration of tensions, trade-offs, and ethical considerations
- Co-development of possible interventions or future directions
Abstracts not selected for the workshop format may be considered automatically for oral presentations or demonstration exhibits.
