Human Security & Gender
The CIDP has been a leading institution for research on the human dimension of war, gender-based analysis and feminist research on defence, security, and politics. A particular area of strength for the centre has been policy-engaged research on the Women, Peace and Security agenda.
Technology & Security
The CIDP brings together research on the evolving relationship between emerging technology and national security, defence, and international politics. This cluster will support interdisciplinary, innovative research that generates evidence-based recommendations for policy debates and significant contributions to academic literature.
