The program is structured in three themed semesters. Each semester focuses on one of the core mindsets required to enact sustainable and human-centered change.
- First semester focuses on a Discovery Mindset and fosters the exploration into the scope of possibilities to approach a specific impact-driven project.
 - Second semester shifts to a Design Mindset where engagement enables solutions developed from design-thinking practices and lessons.
 - Final semester brings a Delivery Mindset to the forefront as the cohort learns to implement objectives and monitor social impact results.
 
Each semester:
- Starts with a four-day residential session on campus at Queen鈥檚 University in Kingston;
 - Followed by synchronous online learning sessions each week consisting of Peer Coaching, Reflection, and Guest Speakers.
 
More than 100 Hours of Total curriculum - (or 172, depending on Auditing of courses).
