This session is designed for incoming first year students in the direct-entry streams of Life Sciences and Biochemistry. It will walk students through the registration process as well as provide some information on the academic cycle – what happens in first year and when (December exams, mid-year grades, final grades, Plan selection, other important dates), next steps, future years and where to go for information and advice as a first year student. Following the session, we will allow time for a Q&A with the host. Hosted by Dr. Laura van Staalduinen (Director, Biochemistry) and the Director, Life Sciences.
