    Description:

Nutritional needs evolve across different life stages and understanding how to nourish your body can play a powerful role in overall health and wellbeing. This session explores the connection between nutrition, hormonal balance, and long-term health. You'll learn how food supports the body through key transitions, from reproductive years to menopause, and gain practical strategies to promote digestive health, manage symptoms related to hormonal changes, and reduce the risk of chronic conditions such as heart disease and osteoporosis.

This session recognizes that people of all gender identities may experience hormonal and nutrition-related health needs. While some content references health topics commonly associated with female health, the information shared is also relevant to non-binary, gender-diverse, and transgender individuals. All participants are welcome, and the session aims to support inclusive, respectful, and informed wellbeing for everyone.

    What you will learn:

    • How nutritional needs change across different stages of life
    • The connection between nutrition and hormonal balance
    • Practical strategies to support women's health and common conditions

This session supports Thrive 365's holistic wellbeing framework, with a focus on physical health, prevention, and empowering informed self-care.
