This open, drop-in session marks the launch of the Data Platform Community at Queen鈥檚, a collaborative space for staff and faculty who are interested in working with data, regardless of experience level.
Whether you鈥檙e just getting started or already building solutions, this community is designed to support ongoing learning, knowledge-sharing, and connection across the university.
In this first session, participants will:
- Receive an overview of the Community of Practice and how to get involved
- Explore a real-world example of how Power Automate was used to deliver T2200 tax forms to remote employees
- Participate in a live 鈥淎sk Me Anything鈥 (AMA) to ask questions and learn from peers and subject matter experts
Future sessions will include short tips and tricks, demonstrations of tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Query, and Power Automate, and opportunities for participants to share their own work and receive feedback. Recordings and resources will also be made available for continued learning.
This session is open to everyone in the Queen's Community with an interest in data, no prior workshop attendance required.
