    Where:

    Description:

Join this session to build psychological flexibility and learn how to move forward with clarity even in uncertain or challenging situations. Some challenges at work can鈥檛 be fixed, changed, or avoided. In these moments, the ability to respond with clarity, adaptability and intention becomes essential. In this 90-minute session, Lisa Sansom introduces the concept of psychological flexibility, a practical, evidence-informed skillset that supports resilience, focus, and sustainable performance in the face of uncertainty and complexity.

Grounded in positive psychology and acceptance-based approaches, this session will explore six actionable strategies (鈥渇lexibility moves鈥) that help participants navigate what Lisa refers to as 鈥済ravity problems鈥, situations that cannot be changed, but can be approached differently. Through guided reflection and practical application, participants will learn how to shift from resistance to response, building greater agency, emotional regulation, and forward momentum.

    Participants will leave with:

    • Practical tools to navigate challenging or uncontrollable situations at work
    • Strategies to strengthen psychological flexibility and resilience
    • A personal action plan to apply immediately in their work and daily life
    • A reference guide and session slides to support ongoing reflection and practice

A space for thoughtful reflection while offering realistic, applicable strategies for navigating the demands of today鈥檚 work environment.
