    Putting Recognition and Appreciation on the Agenda: Creating Awareness (Thrive 365) Wellness Champion Sticker Program

    Through guided discussion and reflection, participants will explore how recognition can positively influence morale, motivation, and wellbeing, and how small, intentional acts of appreciation can create a more supportive and inclusive workplace culture. Participants will also reflect on their own preferences for recognition, helping to build greater awareness of how appreciation is experienced differently by individuals.

    The session includes practical takeaways, a participant guide for ongoing reflection, and an overview of the ³ÉÈË´óÆ¬ Appreciation and Recognition Toolkit, offering tools to support meaningful recognition in day-to-day work.

    Learning Objectives

    By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

    • Explain the role of appreciation and recognition in supporting employee wellbeing, engagement, and workplace culture
    • Identify practical, everyday ways to recognize individual contributions in authentic and meaningful ways
    • Reflect on personal preferences for recognition and how these may differ from those of others
    • Apply inclusive recognition practices that help people feel seen, valued, and motivated
    • Access and use the ³ÉÈË´óÆ¬ Appreciation and Recognition Toolkit to support recognition efforts in the workplace
