Different ways of thinking aren’t barriers; they’re strengths. Join us to explore how small, intentional shifts can create more inclusive, supportive, and high-performing teams.
Neurodiversity is a natural and valuable part of our workplace reality. Recognizing and supporting diverse ways of thinking, processing, and communicating is essential to creating environments where everyone can contribute and thrive.
In this session, facilitated by TELUS Health, participants will build a foundational understanding of neurodiversity, including common profiles such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, while exploring the unique strengths and perspectives neurodivergent individuals bring to the workplace.
Through practical, real-world examples, this session will focus on everyday strategies that reduce friction, strengthen communication, and support more inclusive team dynamics. Participants will also explore simple adjustments and approaches that can enhance collaboration, accessibility, and overall workplace experience for all.
