At twenty, in his first job as an organist and still barely beginning life as a composer, J.S.
Bach got into such trouble that the only thing he could do was to walk away. J.S. Bach鈥檚 Long Walk in the Snow takes you on that trip: a 400 km odyssey from L眉beck to the northern port city of Hamburg with its street fights, big business, insight, fulfillment, the father figure he didn鈥檛 know he needed and, quite possibly, love.
With glorious music by J.S. Bach and others, and a terrific musical cast of soprano Patricia
O'Callaghan, violinist Yolanda Bruno, accordionist Michael Bridge, cellist/guitarist and singer Kevin Fox, harpist Lori Gemmell, and writer and storyteller Tom Allen, J.S. Bach鈥檚 Long Walk in the Snow brings that troubled young man in from the cold.
