    Finding Balance

    Employee Workshop

Balancing work and personal life can feel difficult, especially when workloads grow, expectations shift, and responsibilities compete for attention. Finding balance doesn't mean doing less—it means working in healthier, more sustainable ways that support both wellbeing and strong performance.

This session helps employees explore realistic, practical strategies for creating balance, managing workload more effectively, and reconnecting with the parts of their work that feel meaningful and enjoyable. The emphasis is on small, achievable changes that support long-term wellbeing.

    Learning Outcomes

    In this session, employees will:

    • Use evidence-based strategies to manage workload in a more effective and sustainable way
    • Establish healthy boundaries that support disconnecting from work and allowing for true recovery
    • Integrate wellbeing-supportive habits into the workday in simple, practical ways
    • Identify approaches that help maintain motivation, enjoyment, and engagement—especially during high-demand or busy periods

A registration link will be sent to you in advance of this session.
