This week, the Queen’s Master of Industrial Relations (MIR) program was proud to host Dave Bulmer, President and CEO of AMAPCEO as part of the Winkler Speaker Series. Students from the MIR and PMIR programs gathered for an insightful presentation titled “Flexible Work: One Step Forward, Two Steps Backwards,” which explored the evolving challenges of remote and hybrid work.
The session sparked thoughtful discussion around labour policy and workplace equity. It was an invaluable opportunity for students to engage directly with a leading voice in public sector labour relations.
