Student Voices Week Lunch & Learn: Dissecting Media Through the Lens of Accessibility & Intersectionality

Come join the Shift Project and students from NURS405 for a free lunch and an opportunity to connect and unpack mainstream media content.

This event aims to bring together Queen's students for facilitated dialogue on intersectional disability and allyship. The event will include:

  • 60–90-minute structured session with facilitated discussion.
  • Videos and media highlighting intersectional disability experiences.
  • Peer dialogue rounds to share perspectives and build understanding.

Our goal is to create an authentic space for connection, learning, and allyship-building.
