Join Equity and Accessibility Services from the Human Rights and Equity Office (HREO) for the first Accessibility Caf茅 of the 2025-2026 academic year, held in partnership with the Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) and the Office of Indigenous Initiatives (OII).
This informal session invites participants to reflect on the ideas shared by Dr. Rheanna Robinson in her Accesibility First talk 鈥淒isability Needs to Be Decolonized: How Indigenous Knowledges Can Inform Inclusive Pedagogies of Practice.鈥
By rotating through three discussion stations, participants will explore colonial legacies in accessibility, the role of Indigenous knowledges in inclusive pedagogy, and pathways for institutional change at Queen鈥檚.
Participants who attend online will participate in the same themed discussions.
The Caf茅 is open to all members of the Queen鈥檚 community.
