Michelle leads a team of university-wide and faculty-based development staff who support donors throughout their philanthropic journey with Queen's, helping them find the most meaningful giving opportunities for themselves and their families.

She joined Queen’s University in January 2021 after more than eight years with the University of Alberta. Prior to that, she lived and worked in Africa as the executive director of a not-for-profit organization she founded, as well as for a national charitable organization. Michelle is a passionate fundraiser who feels privileged to help donors have joyful giving experiences.
