Established as an off-shoot of Belfast's Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival, the Black Box was planned and built inside a two-storey 1850s stucco brewery warehouse, as a space for ‘leftfield’ performances of cabaret, comedy, drama and more music styles than you could shake a stick at. The White Room’s exhibitions take their tones from the same tuning fork.
